Looks a solid MS63, maybe more.

As far as the VAM, look at 142 (open O in God), and 196 (closed O, broken D)

pretty out of focus for good details, one key is the significant doubling of the first star, which I can't tell if its possibly VAM 114,117, or 196? have some better close ups?
