How would you tackle a nice coin spoiled by fingerprints?
I'd like to hear opinions on this, apart from dipping, whats a good way to take a fingerprint from a coin, new print or aged print, all opinions count.

Oil from a fresh print can be safely removed with acetone or similar solvent, before the oil starts reacting with the metal.

But once the print actually appears, the damage has been done and acetone isn't going to help any. There's not much you can do to get rid of an old print that wouldn't be considered "cleaning", in the bad sense of the word.
