could you offer up trades for coins? For example, I collect knives and flashlights, could I list a trade offering a flashlight for coins?

Go to your post and click on the little piece of paper with the pencil accross it.That's how you edit your post.To answer your other question,I have seen other things traded besides coins but those things were coin related.Probably something you should ask the moderators.

Unfortunately we have to say no. It's a lot easier to say no to everything that is not coin related then it is to filter what may or may not be appropriate for trades/sales

what about a titanium tube you could keep dimes in? I just dont want to violate any rules, but would love to trade something for some coins.

Coin Supplies are allowed.

I believe that tubes that were made specifically to store coins would sell, however, I am not sure about the titanium ones.

I remember your post discussing whether or not they would be safe. Personally, I would be hesitant to use them, and therefore would not recommend offering them for sale here.

However, if you want to offer them for trade in your "wanted to buy/trade" post, then it would be up to the member to make the call. (This goes for the titanium coin tubes, not for the knives or flashlights).

yea, I actually found some info that showed it should be fine. But I emailed an expert that deals with that type of corrosion and waiting on a response. I also have some dimes inside a tube right now to see if anything happens. I will wait for more info before I do anything.
