here is a 1991P, reverse only. there is what looks similar to the column doubling, as seen on many of the late 90's and 2000's lincoln's. this is on the upper part of the 11th column. I am unsure if it is column doubling or a die break of some kind. opinions, and insights are appreciated. there is no column doubling like this at coppercoins site.
