What do you guy's think,I have been through torment trying to scan it properly and bought a new scanner and turns out I had been scanning the wrong coin for days,LoL

Umm, no. There's no sign of doubling at all on that coin. The 1958 DDO is a VERY strong doubled die. Only two known to exist.
