The rotated die on the 1864 Two Cent Piece is seen frequently, and should improve the value, my guess is 10%-20%. Now you need to examine yours closely for and signs of Doubled-die obverse and date repunching. If you have either of these, the value will be increased to 2-3 times a normal piece.
