I'd need a clearer pic, but it might be from pre-Revolutionary France.
The three fleur-de-lys were a commonly used symbol in the Royal era.

I think it's Frederick Henry of Orange. Double Tournois, KM59.

Hmm I think we might have a winner.

On the reverse at 9oclock it looks like a 16xx and on the obverse it definitely says HEN..

Anyone agree?
