Silver rounds, which is what they are are just a form of bullion, similar to bars. Worth arround the spot price of silver

I do not see a weight specified. One troy ounce is most common. Value is generally that of the silver they contain. Some, like the Silver Eagles carry a premium, but most are just silver value.
