ICCS-CCCS Re-Grade Or Cross Grade

Need some advise from the experts..
I have numerous ICCS grades silver 5 cent pieces. however, I feel they are under graded.
what is the better way to have them re-evaluated:
A to have them Cross graded by CCCS?
B to remove them and have them re-graded by ICCS?
C to remove them and have them graded by CCCS ?
D If I leave the coins in the flip for cross grading, do you guys
think that the previous grade will influence the graders desicion?

some of them are in the old ICCS flips with the seal in the card board insert.

To re-submit a coin to the same service looking for a higher grade is just silly. If the company is any good.....95% of the time (maybe more) the coin should come back in the same grade. Just making the company more money and actually lowering the overall value of the coin by farking up the population report. For the record......I am still waiting for pics from you....lol
