The market is not as big as the one for USA coins, but yes they are. Take the 1930 penny for example!

Key date morgans are hard to come by, thats why they are key dates because theres not many of them out there to be had. Morgans are one of the most collected coins in the US coinage (was the most collected before the State Quarters and that may have changed since that series has started) and everytime a "key date" comes available to the market they are hundreds of people waiting to purchase it for Mad money just so they can complete their sets. But other places to keep checking would be heritage auctions and teletrade auctions, then you have B&M auctions, Superior auctions and then you have the coin dealers that sell online, But be sure that you know, there are no 10 dollar a coin key date morgans not even in good condition, heck even problem coins with grafiti and such can go for hundreds of dollars
