Got this in my change yesterday. Sorry if the photos are not very good. The inner core is off. Everything else looks okay.

So would that explain the gap between the center rim, bellow 2009?

I should mix and match a bunch of inners and outers and get then ICCS graded as mules

That much of a gap is not uncommon. I collect these oddities; I'd be happy with that, even if they're worth nothing over face, if anything.
