See the B(elgium) how it touched the rim? Differences in lettering size, rare or common for this type?

I think for this you should compare it to coins of the same year. It also seems you have a Cud in the bottom part of B in the 1994 one.

I also notice the "angel head" Brussels mintmark has moved from beneath the A to beneath the R. But as wd1040 said, you'd need to compare lots of coins fromt he same year to find out what's "typical" for that year, and what isn't.

There's also something's going on with the 9's in the date of 1994.
