I have not been able to ID the reverse on thes coins, nothing in Whirlwinds, or any replys from FORVM Ancient Coins. Any hekp would be appreciated.

I can't make out the first, except that it may be a "reclining river-god" type.

but the second one has a reverse inscription with "PAYTAL" clearly readable: it's from Pautalia. Pautalia has some odd reverses, many of which involve altars, pillars and snakes - apparently to do with a local healing centre run by the cult of Asklepios. This snake-on-altar type on Wildwinds is the closest I could come to it.
