Hey Everyone,
Digging in deep over here. I believe this may be a bank token. Not quite sure. This is an interesting piece. I'd really appreciate some input. I can't find it in my book. It's good condition, still shiny, slight signs of wear. Anybody have some input.
one side............Bank of Montreal - Province of Canada other side..........Bank Token - Concordia Salus - Half Penny 1844
Any feedback would be appreciated. Thank you for your time!

It's a Breton 527 copper bank token. Need to see pics. Your description sounds like they're in XF or better, they could be worth $$$, or maybe they've been cleaned. Without pics it's hard to say. Is it in a holder of some kind?

Thanks for the reply. I tried uploading pictures on another coin, but the files are to large. It says I have a 90kb limit? Is there a way to compress a photo's file size? I figure it out! lol

I have that coin as well. Any help with the grading/pricing would be appreciated. Very new here and looking forward to putting up images/posting of what I have that may interest others as well as myself. Norm

This is for the coin pictured...Somebody help me out on the grade, but I'm going to guess the grade as VG-F. There are a few variations of this coin, but they are all quite common. the price will range from $5-$10.
I would also like to see pics of the original coin mentioned.

benevolent, try resizing your over-the-limit photo files in a photo programme, such as Paint Shop Pro or Photoshop. It's fairly easy to do once you get the hang of it.

Sorry... I didn't realise the resizing question was from almost 15 months ago. -Les

Thanks Tfred. My novice brain needs practice on grading for sure. Will keep looking at other posts and get a little more knowledge every day.
