I've found a handful of these myself and the way I look at it is.

1. Found it in circulation, so you;re only out 10c
2. Holding on to it is easy. Throw it in a 2x2 and forget about it.
3. If you ever change your mind, spend it.

I personally like these, so if you choose to just spend it, I will trade you a bright shiny dime for it.
