so this might be a silly question.. but if they don't make a 2010 p or d nickel or 2010 d dime ... will these be missing from the mint and proof sets? hmm

The Mint sets have satin finish coins different for the business strikes. At the price the mint charges for these sets you can guarantee they will produce the satin finish coins even if they don't mint a singe business strike.

Years ago it was traditional for the mint sets not to include coins that were not made for circulation. But since 2002 they have made sets with half dollars, and fro 2002 to 2008 they had Sac dollars that were not made for circulation.
