Valdiman that's a nice looking coin, and that's why I browse ebay, unusual darkside coins always seem to appear only there and not elsewhere, even some rare Philippine coins suddenly sprout up from the most unlikely places. But then they don't ship outside USA!

practical solution: contact some long lost cousin or relative to bid for you and send it over to your place (here)

cost: high, not just $ & cents

Result: just forget it

as an avid coin collector: It's just hard to forget it, anyone had that feeling of being able to get a coin you can completely afford and not get it? better luck next time

IMO ~ To much of a risk - not worth the stress. My experience is to buy from reputable individuals who are known by other munismatist in that location and have access inside the country - then have them ship to the homeland.

The only one shipment lost by post was in US.Ive returned money to buyer and after 3 weeks I got my money back(full item price+delivery cost)only document they needed was print screen of auction page.Is not so bad as it seems. If I'm correct-any item valued under 100 euro is tax free in EU.Over 100 I've paid once 7% VAT-but that was non numismatic item so I'm not sure how it works. Thanks on comments on coin-is realllllllllly nice.
