But this is my opinion, I am a bargain hunter. I always expecting high quality and good price. I am trained as purchaser, negotiator. If you under time pressure, you always have to pay the price. If you are young, you can effort to wait until the right time come and you got the deal. use Grey sheet for your price guidance.
