The offer prices are 'strictly' for the serial number and no other reason. Serial number 388 (same date) is in a PCGS 64 PPQ holder with clear watermarks, and is listed by Crutch for $500. In comparison, your note is a rag, but it 'is' serial number 2, and that is the 'only' thing that it has going for it (but, that #2 is a big equalizer).
