Looks like silver, 11.87 grams, 24 mm. Any help will be appreciated.

It's the right size, but the weight's a little heavy for a rupee (which are rarely more than 11.5 grams). That, plus certain red flags about the style of the lettering and the odd "streakiness" in the background, make me think that this also is a "temple token". I think the bottom pic is the kalima, the Islamic statement of faith, which would lend credence to the temple token theory - the kalima disappeared from Indian coins during the Mughal period.

the top picture reads Allah Muhammad above the line and Al Zafar Hasan Hussain shah below.The date seems to be 1390 AH.the second picture shows Kalima for sure.
