I assume it's silver? The lighting in the pic is giving it a brassy appearance. The design is, however, that of a rupee of the Mughal Empire, during the reign of Shah Jahan. KM# 235 is the basic type, but these coins were struck at over 30 different mints throughout the Empire.
The date on your coin is the 14th year of reign of Shah Jahan, or roughly 1641 AD.
I'd guess a price around $20 to $30 - my 1600's catalogue is too old for its prices to be reliable.
