I know nothing of the series but if you could upload a picture of the coin in question you could get a better estimated value because it is almost impossible to grade by pictures but it is impossible to grade by description and value can be all across the board with the different grades

The coin was made in both silver and gold and their values in the 2004 Krause is as follows;
Silver, mintage 186,000 in unc. at $25.00
Silver, mintage 26,000 in proof at $30.00

Gold, mintage 7,706 in unc. at $120.00
Gold, mintage 21,000 in proof at $135

Hope this helps!

I just checked the exchange rate and a Cayman Islands Dollar is equal to $1.20 US as of today - so as long as the silver coin is current - which I believe it is - it is worth $30 US. The silver content is only 1.5271 oz. so at today's rate that is less than $17.50. My old edition of Krause (1983) said $30 as a value too.

So it just proves that mintage and scarcity do not equal value.

Imagine a US coin with a mintage of 186,000 coins - how valuable would that be?
