Seems like a really good strike for the Orleans mint.
The 'green' on the reverse is from the slab.

It is a nice strike for a New Orleans mint, but I think the marks on the cheek, chin and lips will keep the coin from grading above MS-63.

I would have to agree, I do like the coin, nice piece, but took some dings in the prime focal area, I don't think it would go better than 63 but that may be decided by who you send it too! NNC would certainly give you an MS66 or MS67....but we all know how much NNC is valued....
