Maybe it's the picture but to me it looks like some coins are just behind empty slabs. And of course with the prices something isn't right.

They might be behind the slab, but I think they are in basement slabs and the person doing it was too cheap to buy multiple sized slabs. So they all look to be in dollar sized slabs no matter what the coin is.
