Here are some of my recent purchases from Auctionzip.com. There was a 15% Internet buyers premium. Shipping was $6 which was flat rate + insurance.

I just noticed something after posting this. The Eagles head on the 1878 is very different from the 1879

1878 $15

1879 $17.50

1935 $19

1974S $2.50 What is the film around the edge of the obverse? Any ideas?

I have some more, but need to retake the pics. I accidentally deleted them during transfer and resizing. You guys gotta check out Auctionzip.

Will check that out Tim. May have been stored in a plasticized holder at one point. I've noticed this before on the proofs. Gives the coin a "milky" appearance.

Tim: Never heard of auctionzip.com before. Looks like they list local auctions you can attend with no buyers premium. I may check a couple out.

Yes they list live local auctions as well as live online auctions and some let you leave an absentee bid, but with an inflated buyers premium.
