Longgunner- WOuld it be possible for you to post the pic of the reverse of the first coin, which is a Panamanian coin?

#2 is a Mexican 5 Peso coin of 1948, and I would grade it as an EF.

#3 is a Venezuelan Gram 25 (5 Bolivares) of 1935, which appears to be a nice AU.

#4 is a Chilean Peso of 1933. I would call it an EF.

All in all a very nice set of coins!

If you click on a link after the first image (the obverse) the reverse will pop out. Apparently the symbolics got messed up. It's .9000 silver. I'll let someone else address the value because my catalog is from 2004 and it's "old news".
