Very nice looking coin! The obverse looks like a solid XF, but the reverse has more like VF details...so I'm going to go with VF-35. It doesn't look cleaned to me, but I could be wrong.

Tough to tell if it may have been lightly cleaned or not, but either way, it looks EF40 to me.
