Unfortuantely it appears to be suffering from some corrosion on the obverse devices. I'd say VF-25 details.

VF-20 with a verdigris removal on the obverse, and some deterioration in the obverse hair.

Nice reverse with just a bit of a weak strike on the "n" in CENTS.

Thanks for your input. I was aware of the problems on the obverse, but I still like the overall look of the coin - especially the reverse. I was thinking it was in the Very Fine details range as well.
