If an coin bought from a seller who accepts no returns is found to be fake upon receiving it, is that covered by buyer's protection?

ebay don't take private sellers "no return policy" too seriously, so it might.
you can contact them on case by case bases tho... selling fake can be illegal in some cases,
altho some "fakes" are actually very collectibles...

I'm assuming this is the same for the case of advertising a coin as a certain date/mm and when it arrives it is not that date/mm as well? IE - poorly photographed SLQ that is supposedly a tough date, and then it arrives and you can make out date as a common date?

Just asking....

If the item is not as described you have PayPal protection. PayPal doesn't care what a sellers sale conditions state since they agreed to accept PayPal terms when the seller signed up to accept the payment service.

Having said that, be prepared to send back by registered mail in order to prove you did it if the seller is not feeling cooperative.
