This may sound like a stupid question but what is the best way to remove Proof Presidential dollars from the mint holder?

Use the point of a knife blade around the seam to get it started. Then once it's started just use the knife to pry gently around the case. They usually open pretty easy once you get them started.

I have found a chain saw works pretty well too.
