This token looks like Italian early 1900's 20 centimes.
If anyone say something like this before?

I think you are right about it being an Italian phone token. Before the Euro they used a 200 lira token of similar design, only it was grooved and was called a Getonie or something like that.

My guess is that automat means a self service laundry mat. So it might be for a washer or dryer.
