I assume it's about 20 to 22mm across? It's Roman Provincial, looks like a medium bronze of Nicaea (in what is now Turkey), the word NI-K-AI-E/WN in Greek among tree Roman legionary standards. Severus Alexander seems to be a good match for the obverse legend; I can read ...LEXANDR... in Greek above the portrait. This Wildwinds example is very similar.
These three-standards coins seem to be quite common; prices for similar types listed on the Wildwinds page for Nicaea range from $15 to $45.
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis
