Hi,
this coin is very high grade, but has some rim-problems (corrosion).
What do you think on detail only, and total grade with problems.
Also what do you think - why CV is very high for 800 000 mintage - maybe never released in circulation?

That's too bad about the corrosion looks like it's from the copper in the coin itself. As for detail the coin appears to be in mint state. If not for the corrosion I think it would grade at MS-64 on the US scale.
