I just bought a Capped Bust quarter form my type set. From the description in the Red Book, I think it may be Fine, or Borderline Very Fine. Are there any resources online to compare it to, to see how close or far off my opinion is.

I will post a picture this weekend, when I have a chance to take one.

I would invest in a copy of Photograde.It is a "Must have" for any coin collector IMO.
