not likely, the rims should be more squared off.

I don't know... has more luster than it should (Yes, there was a Cartwheel) and the surface seems very different from another BU Wheat cent. I also compared it to a 1964 Proof. I don't know what to make of it... May ask my Local Coin Dealer and the next Coin Club Meeting.

I agree with the other posts. I personally thought your coin was cleaned but I guess I'm wrong due to you saying the coin has luster in hand. Look at Nelrak's post in your other thread, there seems to be a significant difference between your coin and his.
