The coin is high AU or low MS if there is no rub visable on the cheek or the ear on the obverse and the wheat salks show no signs of wear then MS61 or 2 if there is rub evident then AU 50 to 58, the pics are dark and slightly out of focus making it difficult to see the smaller details.

I think the scratches and rim dings on the reverse and the lines in the wheat ears limit it from MS because I think all three factors are from circulation. It also looks like some high points on the obverse are worn.

I'd give it an overall AU55
