Hi All
I got this at work the other day. I cant tell if it is "error"/bad die strike or just a coin that had a bad life. Whats the thoughts out there.

The pics are very small, but it could have been in the dryer, if the rims are in.

Pics are hard to see, but it looks like it may be a misaligned die or off-center. What is it that you are seeing? Can you get bigger pics?

Ill have to try and get better pictures. The on the front the date is not there only mint mark.

Wow, the first set of pics look misaligned. But I like the Greaser, dryer, and Die Deterioration theories.

It looks to me like it was Struck Through Grease.

I think the rims are too bold to be wear, so I think either it was intentionally altered with acid or a struck thru grease.
