Looking at the lettering, it bears the reign title "Jia Qing," which was used by Emperor Ren Zong, who ruled China from 1796 to 1820.
There is something about the style of the lettering that seems to be not quite right. Also, I don't recognize the mint mark, which is the upper character in the top photo.
All in all, I am going to say that if it is real, it is a one cash coin of Jia Qing. But I am not certain it is real.
Mint is Yun- Yunnan-fu, Yunnan Province. Top of the upper coin is at the left, top of the bottom coin is at the right. Yunnan issues tend to be a bit cruder in writing than the Beijing issues.
