Kinda looks like it to me! Would you buy this? According to the copy in the listing

This is a nice example of this KEY date for the series. YES it is genuine.

One or both of those statements are questionable.

It's not very attractive. What exactly is happening on that coin. Is that some kind of corrosion?

UGH! I think I'd rather have a hole in the album. It would look entirely out of place even in a AG/G set.

I would most definitely pass. I would accept an AG/G coin, but corrosion is out of the question.

It is, undoubtedly, the most unattractive coin I've ever seen! It looks like somebody threw sulphuric acid all over it! [hurl] (there is no hurl smiley, so I invented one!)

If you look close at the closeup of the vdb, you can make out a faint d and b, but I don't see any remnants of the v. From a cursory look, the mm appears to be correct, but I wouldn't pay good money for it, even if it's genuine. It appears that there are a few people that will though!

"09svdb? Yeah, I got one. It's as ugly as sin, but I got one!"

I'll bet PCGS or NGC would have a field day with that one.

"Did I ever tell you about the day we got in an 09svdb that looked like an oatmeal cookie?!?"

Wow that coin is really rough. I guess some people don't care what it looks like as long as they can say they have an SVDB.
