Nope. It must be counterfeit then! Those only get the genuine slab from SGS, instead of an actual grade.

All kidding aside, this seller has sold me a confirmed counterfeit before that took me for hundreds, so I will always look at his auctions with tainted spectacles....

That coin must be really messed up if SGS won't even assign a grade.

SGS only grades MS, usually MS70, or certified. Not that I agree with their grading of course.

He wants $29 bucks plus another $5 for shipping? At MS60 it is a $22 coin, what is guy thinking?
