Watched it last night but fell asleep halfway through. All I can say is wow.....

They said the retail value of the P&D 24Kt State Quarter + Territorial Quarter set was upwards of $400.....

Also on the 1921 Morgan they said the retail for an MS-65 would be upwards of $1000...

Also, is it just me? Or does Mike Mezack always seem to be yelling?

Coin TV Shows should have fair prices and not prices that are 2 to 10 times Retail.

But what's a "fair price"? Say you have a coin that you can buy retail at your local B&M shop for $100. What would be a "fair price" after these expenses Network gets 25% of the Gross, then you still have to pay for air time, studio rental, a producer, a director, a sound man, two camera men, a lighting tech, gaffer, electricians, two on air talent. That's probably a minimum and all of them at Union wages. And you will also need staff for taking orders. Even if they just had the network cut, they would have to sell that $100 for $133 just to make what the B&M shop does. I assume with all the other expenses, they have to sell at at least twice retail just to make as much as a retail shop does.
