I recently came across a 1906 Liberty nickel. The coin has all of the detail remaining. (Full liberty, hair lines, ear, etc.) The problem is in the top left of the obverse has a weird green colored substance on it, and is dark on the other side. Is there anything I can do to help this coin or should I just leave it as is?
