I guess here's what happens when the government doesn't have enough fundings for social programs but has an access to money design.

How about incumbent re-election campaigning on coins?

The concept of using coins for propaganda purposes is an ancient one. Started by the Greeks, it was perfected by the Romans - virtually every single Roman coin from the late Republic to the early Byzantine series carries a government message. Most examples on modern coins such as that one are pretty mild by comparison, though some of the coins from Communist countries have a similar aim.

With such a large population in India what do you expect them to do? I think they will have much fewer children after spending this type of currency. WOLF
