Beautiful detail and only slight contact marks, I see what looks like slight rub on the cotton balls and top of the cap. Could be the picture, not seeing much luster. I'm going to say AU-58.

My first take on this coin would be AU58, but do to pictures, It is quite possible that it could be MS63 depending on how that scratch on the face plays in....may pictures can give an overall appearance like your pictures, yet with close ups and higher quality pictures that AU coin could easily be MS quality....your last picture though it doesn't show the detail I think could be there,, shows luster and possible better details of a higher MS coin...but seeing the first 2 pictures I would have to agree with echizento at AU 58......Post some more pictures, It is at a minimum of AU58...
