I know this is Tacitus but was wondering about the value of this coin and If tacitus was rare or common?

This appears to be RIC 140 IMP CM CL TACITVS AVG, FELICIT TEMP V in the ex. Value about $15.

Agree with the above - Tacitus coins hold a very slight premium due to the fact that the emperor shares the name with the historian.

More people are aware of the historian than the emperor. Ironically, were it not for the emperor championing the historians work in the 3rd century he may not have been as well known today.
