If the seller won't cooperate, then file your complaint with Paypal prior to filing with ebay. I would also wait a day or two after filing with Paypal to file with ebay. If ebay begins their investigation first, it halts any action by Paypal and your refund will be held up that much longer. I would not allow more than 3 days for the seller to voluntarily refund your money. I know this sounds harsh, but I'm sure that you're not the only one this is happening to and he could very easily decide to close his ebay account and start a new one - in which case, it will be extremely difficult to get your money even through Paypal. I would like to request a full refund through paypal. Please advise when this will happen and if not I will contact ebay and pursue further. please respond by end of business today or I will conatct both paypal and ebay. As coincedence would have it - we just had ours delivered this morning - we will be shipping all orders for them (execpt yours and one other cancellation) on Monday.
