Yep, a Bohemian coronation medal. See this thread for someone with five more just like it. I kind of suspect they're not really as rare as the OP in that thread was hoping.
Curiiously, yours seems to have the correct date; all the others we could find back when the old thread was posted had an error in the date, "1336".
