I've have these coins laying around for quite a few years now. I know very little about them. Is there any value to them? Any information that you'd like to share would be wonderful. Thanks.

I can't make the date on the 1/2 piastre.(?) Prices vary on these, but a date would be nice.

There's no great treasures there, but an interesting lot nevertheless.

Canada 5c 1950: CV about 50c.

Cyprus ½ piastre: the last digit in the date is a "9"; 1949 is the only possible option. Given the green spots, I'd estimate a CV of less than 50c. On Cyprus, there were 9 piastres to a shilling.

"Confederation Helvetica" is Latin for "Swiss Confederation" - it's from Switzerland. The denomination is 10 rappen. This same design has been used since the mid-1800's. Worth face value - about US10c.

The coins from Kenya are all common, typical of what you find in a dealer's "Foreign coins 3 for $1" scratchtray. The value of the Kenyan shilling collapsed after civil unrest there in the past couple of years. 1 Kenyan shilling is now worth just over 1 US cent.

Canada 1c 1907: there are two varieties with this date: "H mintmark" and "no mintmark". H mintmark is scarcer, but I don't see a mintmark on yours. I'd call it a $3 to $5 coin.
