at least the people on this forum is a little nicer and say congrats when you find something new to coppercoins. then like a other forum that tells you it could be new to coppercoins but did you check with wexler,wiles,potter, and half dozen others to see if they have it listed

That is at least the second new doubled die discovered on this forum and attributed by coppercoins. I say bravo to you It may never make it into the CPG, but you still have a one-of-a-kind coin right now. Others may be found now that it is known but the age works against a large number being found. The previous 1982 DDR discovery has only two known examples after about three years.

I missed hitting the board by just this much. I sent a '94P DDR to Dr. Wiles and it had just been reported. I should send it to Bob so that I can at least have it's picture posted on Coppercoins.
