Top link looks to be a jewelry copy of a 2 Rumi Altin of Turkey. Weight should be 4.7-4.8g.

Bottom link is a Hayriye Altin of Turkey(KM 638). Krause lists this at 1.73g. It doesn't look quite right to me, but can't be sure. Lists @ $35 in VG.

Very good... thanks DCH! They both looked a little off to me... the "cartouches" on both sides of the second coin, I could not match up using my "blink comparison" method(shapes as opposed to literacy!) and the first looks more like a silver piece with the inner circle on both sides... this is my limited reference material/knowledge talking here.

So, if someone could comment on the second(lower) linked coin as to authenticity 'twould be appreciated... the first, at this point is now out for me.

Thaks again DCH!

Agree that the top one appears to be bogus. The bottom one looks OK to me, or at least, if it's bogus too, then it was done with much more care than the first one. Example on zeno.ru.
